Registration will open on April 12^th, 2019.

Early bird registration is mandatory for all presenters - until June 30^th, 2019.

• External attendee (including all meals but without accommodation)

• 850 € (after June 30^th, 2019)
• Ph.D. student special price (all inclusive)
• 450 € (early bird - before June 30^th, 2019)
• 600 € (after June 30^th, 2019)

An "all inclusive" registration fee (regular attendee or PhD student) includes a compilation of the program and abstracts, accommodation (3 nights: Sunday to Wednesday), morning and afternoon coffee & refreshment breaks, meals from Sunday, September 1^st (welcoming dinner-buffet) to the lunch of Wednesday, September 4^th, and the conference banquet (to be held on Tuesday).

External attendee fee includes a compilation of the program and abstracts, morning and afternoon coffee & refreshment breaks, meals from Sunday, September 1^st (welcoming dinner-buffet) to the lunch of Wednesday, September 4^th, and the conference banquet (to be held on Tuesday). Hotel booking is on the participant's own responsibility.

Cancellation terms:

• 75% refund if the request is made before August 23^rd, 2019
• No refund after Aug 23^rd, 2019
